Ridiculous service Chasing the staff since morning for my invoice copy... They are not ready to listen your concern, without listening dis connecting the call. Provided another number, which no one is answering at all. After repeated calls they took my no. saying concerned person will call back ones they are free, morning since evening nobody called back. Awful!!! Would never recommend Anand Jewels You only care for customers when they arrive to buy from you, afterwards you people don't even care to respond properly.

Went to Anand Jewelers last night, had a great experience shopping from there, especially from the salesgirl Nazneen, her way of talking, her way of understanding the customer's needs. My request is that whoever purchases from Anand Jewelers should purchase through Nazneen.

Services definetly degraded, eatlier they were offering greta services but now.... Alarming time to check and upgrade the services immediately, as sales.persons are sitting in groups and hardly bothered about customer. Those who are showing articals are in so hurry that they are least interested in showing all articals and wanted us to choose from their bought boxes only. Telling this because to us it was replied that this is the only box we have for asked artical but while.leavibg store we saw another box with different design for same asked artical shown to the customer who came after us.

Here I want to compliment Mrunali the lively n lovely salesgirl on the counter of Anand Jewellers It was only because of her that i could spend all my time n buy even more then wat i wanted God Bless her Always N wish to meet n shop Again n again. Thank you.

Very Nice ambience and pleasant atmosphere.....very prompt and approachable services specially Ms. Neetu one of your employee was very polite and provided all the information precisely... She also attended us very patiently and overall it was a nice and satisfactory experience at Anand jwellers .

I bought some gold from Anand jewels last week and found very good , experienced good parking, staff behaviour ,and gold rate lesser than the rate shown on online . This was wonderful . Labour was also looks reasonable.
