I bought some gold and silver jewellery. Few months ago, I bought silver chains for baby and they were broken after few months. After that I bought some other models with exchange of old ones on 06 May 23 and they also broken within 20days only. Again I bought similar models with exchange of recent one on 08 Jun 23. Ok, the purity is 50% only for all. They considered 50% for old one but not for new. One person said that they will give guarantee only for purity.
I went there to make customised kada, and I loved how nice and helpful the customer service was. They helped me with the design and everything was smooth.
Worst experience, I purchased 73 gram silver, they didn't given discount of Rs. 70/-. I did rs. 70/- less payment, for small amount they disappointed me. They don't no customer value, so indecently behaved. I don't want to visit again. Even I don't no, how much purity I bought. Can any business man will last one customer for rs. 70/-?????????
But owner will not give Bill Quickly they will waste the time
Good. I was here today to buy silver laxmi idol to gift somebody. The guys here are informative. They have right price and the guy showed me current prevailing price in the market. They have variety and depending upon your choice and budget you can purchase. They accept cash and card and I am sure to visit here again. Best part is that they say what they can and cannot do.
