One can get rooms on a double, triple, quadruple sharing basis. Attached bathrooms available for all rooms. Common washing machine and drinking water cooler on all floors. The terrace has an open-air dining area and a quaint gym with full body workout equipment and weights, but no treadmill. Gym charges extra. Rooms are cozy, tightly spaced with suitable beds and roomy cupboards. However, there's no individual desk area for studying. Overall, worth it if you dream of staying close to the beach like Juhu's elite.
The place is OK basic amminities like towels and drinking water is not available, even if drinking water is available they refill the water bottle with not so clean water. Bathroom and toilet is very dirty. Rooms are small but cosy but yet not price efficient
