Very Rude and unprofessional behaviour by staff and Dr Sachin Batra, doctors are never on time. When complained to the director about it he didn't even bothered to take any action. You need to pay the fee even if you're going just next day post consulting to the Dr.

Firstly, upon arriving at the hospital, I noticed that the doctors and nurses seemed disinterested and fatigued. Their lack of attentiveness and dedication was evident, as they appeared to be sleeping or inattentive to the needs of the patients. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where people's lives are at stake. Moreover, the nurses, who are supposed to provide constant care and support, were nowhere to be found when needed. It was frustrating to have to search for assistance or wait for extended periods of time to receive basic medical attention. This negligence and disregard for patient well-being only added to the already distressing situation. Furthermore, the entire hospital staff, apart from the security personnel, seemed to lack any sense of urgency or responsibility. From receptionists to administrative staff, their lackadaisical approach contributed to an atmosphere of chaos and disorganization. It felt as if the hospital was running on autopilot without any competent leadership or supervision. The unprofessionalism displayed by Anand Hospital is not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous for patients. When seeking medical care, one expects to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience at this hospital fell short on all accounts. I strongly urge the management of Anand Hospital to address these serious issues immediately. They should focus on improving the work culture, ensuring that staff members are well-rested, trained, and motivated to deliver quality care. The patients deserve better. In conclusion, my encounter with Anand Hospital was marred by the unprofessional behavior of doctors, nurses, and the overall hospital staff. The lack of attentiveness, disregard for patient needs, and disorganization make this hospital an unreliable choice for medical care. Such a bad experience on last night. They are trying to fool the patient. The doctors present in the hospital doesn't know about any basic injury while charged a heavy fees

There insurance department is worst and untrained. They try there best that patient doesn't get claim.. not recommended to anyone.
