The place is very grand and beautiful with good winds blowing at sunset according to the weather. The ambience is perfect, so is everything about the place. Some points of improvement could be removing the odour from the bathrooms in the farmhouse. When I visited I could not get any water in the wash basin so this could be better. Maybe there was a tap below which I didnt see =) But this is a must-consider place for grand gatherings and I loved this place. P.S. The pool was awesome with crystal clear water I am only a visitor
I visited this farm for a birthday celebration party. Though it is a bit distant from prominent roads, the location and the facilities are great. Road to reach here can be tricky and is bumpy on the best days. They have a decent sized pool. A garden area which is great in the evenings. Also there is a large parking that can accommodate at least 30 cars. The building is good with all basic amenities. Looks clean and functional.
Great property! We had rented the place for a day, to have our corporate get together (100 members). We spent the day playing in the pool (which was cleaned and well kept right before we arrived), huge lawns where groups played Cricket and Football. Overall was a nice, fun experience!
I visited Anand Farms for one of my friends' birthday celebration, as I really liked the property I booked it for a weekend when my cousins came from out of town. The property consists of a beautiful house, a big swimming pool and spacious lawn. The house is fully furnished and air conditioned. The kitchen has all the basic equipments like induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and few utensils. The overall maintenance is very good, especially the swimming pool was very clean. The owner was very polite and made sure we were comfortable. It's very close to the city and its a perfect location for birthdays, weddings, baby shower, weekend stays etc. We absolutely loved our stay at Anand farms and will definitely visit again.

I realized Anand Farms was the best place I chose to have my bachelorette party at. The place was extremely spacious with a wide lawn spread across and a well-maintained swimming pool that had fresh water and the rooms were clean too. Perfect for families, friends and official parties too. The vibrations is immaculate, if you are an animal lover, you can see cows grazing on the grass at night and doggos coming to get pet by you! Holistic vibes! A must visit location. 10/10

A very good marriage hall suitable for 300 guests. Car parking can accommodate 300 cars. Beach is a stone's throw distance. Only issue is that you have to drive through the dense traffic in ECR to reach.
