Anamalai Club (Aanaimalai Club) - Club in Iyerpadi - Coimbatore, India

It's a club, with restricted entry. Peaceful location to stay... Caretakers they make you delicious food, need to order in advance. I enjoyed mybstay here.

Very nice place to stay ,located admist the scenic landscape of Annamalai hills. The club is clean, hygienic and neatly maintained. Luckily we got to stay in it with our friend's reference (Anoop) and glad we found it. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. You can customise the menu items as per your taste buds and it would be served just the way you like it. Rooms were aptly clean and equipped with hot water. We had a nice family time here and would definitely recommend this place .

Nice beautiful place . It's scenery it's fantastic. You only have 2 rooms so it hard to get em. Once you do you will be treated by nature and fun. There is place for table tennis also.

One of the older clubs ,relocated to present place ,cosy and calm away from the hustle and bustle of the town . Club has 2 rooms, Rs2000/- night . It offers the facilities like indoor badminton court , TT room , library etc .Club is well maintained . The staff is very courteous. Dress code followed .It takes 5 hrs from Ernakulam city to reach the club.This place is 3500ft (1000m) above sea level . Annamalai club is also an Idle stop over place , those who are travelling POLLACHI/UDUMALPET via VALPARAI/SHOLAYAR route(8 hrs journey from Ernakulam ) for tea brake or for personal comforts .No decent hotel or restaurant in this route after athiripally water falls except few home stays .This route is quiet a slow roller - coster ride with 40 steep hair pin bends (kodaikanal has only 14 hair pin bends and 7000ft (2100m)above sea level )covering 40km through forest and almost 40 km through tea plantation . It is an exciting route .
