Horrible! RUDE service! Worst sales team. Even after asking to bring a vehicle for test drive more than once no one showed up or even cared to call and let us know that vehicle won't be available. Haven't seen such a rude service for a customer who was interested in buying not just 1 but 2 cars. Service like this will get Toyota to the lowest very soon. Hate to say I am not going back to these guys again. I guess toyota has too many bookings that they don't care about their customers anymore. With such service, businesses don't last too long! Hope the sales team at ANAAMALAIS Toyota will learn this sooner.
This is the worst showroom ever....Never buy a car here....Salesguy has 0 knowledge and worst hospitability.....I hope this showroom gets closed
