Had one of the worst experiences ever with this one. I went to Amruta at this shop to get a custom ring made with an opal stone I sourced. I wanted to get this done in 2 weeks or less, and I had shared a simple design with 2 diamonds. I was told that this would be done within a weeks time. This was ofcourse not delivered in a week, but I was never even kept in a loop or would be informed that there is a delay in the process. I kept constantly texting Amruta and asking her for updates. I received the ring after almost over 2 weeks, which, btw was really bad looking in shape with sharp prongs. I was told that the opal stone was bulky and was difficult to work, which I understood, but the ring was so bad that I asked her to make a custom design to at least make it look decent. And then not once did she update me on her own about the ring or any designs. I had to follow up for weeks, call her, which she would never pick up and just text me saying it is still with the karigar and will get it soon without properly giving me a delivery date. When I would ask her about why she is not keeping me in loop she would snap at me saying her karigars are busy or some random stuff rudely. After almost over a month and constant follow-ups, I received the ring, which still looks unfinished to an extent. One side of the diamond is not even buffed or whatever. It has sharp edges, which hurts. The level of unprofessional at this place is appalling. One of her staff had come to deliver the ring who asked Amruta to directly speak with me regarding the payment break down and when I took the phone from her I heard Amruta saying "dont give her the phone" so she can avoid speaking to me directly. It was a painful process to get this ring made, which is not worth it. I dnt intend to defame anyone but I really had such a horrible experience here, so please find some good brands or other designers who are professionals to work with.

I recently got my solitaire earrings made from Anaaika and they look quite stunning .Amruta's guidance for selection of diamonds was very helpful. I got them well within my budget as her making charges are very reasonable and much lower than the popular branded designers. Amruta is very creative and truly amazing ! Thank you so much !!
