I recently dined at Minerva Cafe for lunch and found the atmosphere quite pleasant. The staff exhibited excellent courtesy throughout the meal. Our selections included Gobi Manchuria, Dahi Wada, Rolls, Thali, and Fried Rice. The South Indian Thali proved impressive, offering an array of items such as poori, dal, three types of curries, ghee, papad, curd, and unlimited buttermilk. The quality of the thali certainly justified its price. The Dahi Wada was notably fresh, and the buttermilk and juices were equally satisfying. The waitstaff was consistently polite and wore smiles while serving. They have free wallet parking.

It was good restaurant we often visit for our family dinners. But I have serious concerns about their valet parking. During my last visit my car was delivered to me with a deliberately broken windshield(front glass) it costed me almost the price of my dinner. I think they are parking in other's parking space due to which I had to pay the price.

Went for breakfast . Food is awesome especially the sambar is too yum. Tried both idi and Vada sambar. definitely worth to revisit. The price is easily justified with their ambience,service and food taste PS:water bottle is so affordable unlike other restaurants/cafe

The food is was good. But this was the condition of the washed utensil over here. The image I'm posting is of a fork which was placed on our table which was not washed properly. After seeing this how is it possible to eat

PALACE HIGHTS restaurant will make you feel like you are no less than a king the food is rich and delicious and the service will floor you and the interiors is fit for a king and the ambience will touch the zenith of royalty as this palace is created by our very own PRINCE of tollywood the make believe world of glamour and in collaboration with the king of cinema house who is making you all see the make believe world its for you to put on your thinking cap and draw a conclusion !

Unfortunately a most pathetic experience. Yesterday afternoon we went to celebrate the birthdays of two close friends for lunch, with great expectations. Out of the seven items that we ordered 5 were atrociously bad and two were passable. They served rocks and called them veg manchurian, the hot and sour soup was the worst I've seen or tasted in my life. The veg gold coins they served were topped with stale potato filling and we're actually smelling horrible. The angara kababs were just average but ok. When we ask the manager to check and eat the gold coins, he smelt them and set them aside. But I forced him to eat and he almost spit them out, accepting that they were spoilt. The worst part was that after accepting that the gold coins where terrible they had the shamelessness to add them in the bill. That is when we lost our cool and we gave them a piece of our mind. Only the ambience and the service were good. But the food ruined our day completely. If I were truly interested in the success of the brand I would be definitely very careful in coining my team. The chefs team I am sure, are of the lowest standards here. Never will I ever step into this miserable place. And I recommend the management to look into what they are truly offering to people.

The staff was good but slow in brining the order

My overall one star is for Chef ! Food is absolutely good !!!! Everything else is absolutely bad ! 1) Staff is not trained at all; even at 1pm they are handing out breakfast menus and saying; that's all they are serving for the day. We asked for meals and then they provide full menu for viewing. 2) There is lot of confusion between employees. They are bringing other tables food onto our table. 3) There is delays in service. You have to wait a lot for your items. 4) Irrespective of complementary/paid, water bottles are not even in room temperature they are warm !!! 5) we ordered watermelon juice for hot weather and lol; they didn't serve it until we finish our whole meal ! They ended up removing it from bill. 6) Ambience is great on Insta reels but not in real time. There is tons of other restaurants has better ambience. 7) Staff treats you, based on your appearance. THIS IS OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME FOR THIS RESTAURANT; WE ALSO WON'T BE RECOMMENDING THIS TO ANYONE !
