This hotel and oyo are in partnering to fool people, they will get booking from oyo and also gets the confirmation details. Once you reach Hotel, the managers says that we are not tied up with OYO, you need to call customer and compline about it. You know the customer service of OYO. So stay away.
Though it looks small appearance is good. Good to celebrate birthday party and baby shower celebrations with 50+ members.

I booked 10 rooms in the month of November for the month of January for a function.
I booked rooms here because, the lodge was close to our home.
After receiving complaints from my relatives regarding the maintenance, we came to a conclusion to:
"Never book a room here".
A single duplex room costed Rs.1800, but it was not worth the price at all.
We received complaints like:
The room was not well clean.
Some rooms had bad odour.
The bedsheets provided were dirty and had a bad odour too.
The main part here is, our relatives are supposed to vacate the room at 3:00 AM. Because of the lack of water supply at that time, the relatives found it very difficult as we had our function in the early hours.
Even, when I was attending the function, the Receptionist pressurised me in paying the final due amount. Whereas I asked him to wait for half an hour. But, he still refused it.
Accomodation is just amazing! With all the service provided.Ambience is very good.If you visit Kanyakumari do stay here and you will love it and it's worth it...
Best service and they have decent rooms. Staffs are really helpful. Hall is good and location is accessible. Price of the rooms and hall will take a bite of your wallet, this is the only reason I'm reducing one star.
There is lift availability and good access to water.
The hotel is clean, the service provided is very good to the customer. I really appreciate the privacy given. Giving 5 and my next visit I will choose the same hotel.

The complimentary breakfast is nothing but street vendor's Idli sambhar which they serve daily.. No taste No variety!!
Top of that I was asked to shift to some other property without any prior intimation as they had booked the entire Hotel for Pest Control (Thus my first point proven, they do pet cockroaches there)
I Finally chose to check out..!
One day stay would be fine, but if you are planning for a longer stay this Hotel would be a Big No No.
