Doctor Amrutha is really nice and will hear out all the details. Only downside is the wait time. I visited the clinic twice and had to wait for more than one hour even when I took the prior appointment. The online consultation is same, they don't give prior appointment and will call and say that they will call in 5 mins. After asking for 10 mins, they called me after 45 mins. I understand everyone is in queue but then what is the point of taking appointment.
Bad experience i ever expected. In one of my diagnostic reports bad cholesterol was bit high so went to him to get some advice if any medication is required. I explained him about my neck and back pain how i was diagnosed. Then he asked me to diagnose again in his clinic and said that there is no issue at all and convinced me that he will cure my neck and back pain max by one and half month and prescribed so many costly medicines that I purchased from his clinics pharmacy. From second day i have experience cramps and muscle catch and could not move or drive. Approached him on this and he advised costly pain killer injection and then it was ok for a day but my condition was bad and was completely on bed rest. Reached him again and then he changed the medicines. I have taken second opinion of Neurologist and was surprised to hear that all the medicines are not at all required for me and the dose was high. Then stopped the medicines immediately as advised by other doctor and it took me a week to recover without going to office. Never ever check any online reviews to consult a doctor and I feel all those are fake and I have experienced this with 2 such doctors.
No time management.. Even hospital staff no updates from doctor end. In this situation patients will get so much irritating and time waste. Time management and proper update should be follow. Sometimes we can understand emergency and delayes and critical situations. But all the time its not good
