This rating is just for Doctors... Not for the staff.. Venugopal sir and sailaja mam, you both are treating the patients very well and saving many lives..I was Disppointed with the service of management staff... Visited this hospital on 31/5/18 and consulted Dr T. Venugopal Physician for treatment to my daughter B. Vasavi as she suffered high feaver and pains. After checking the patient the doctor advised for blood and urine report. Laboratory is in the hospital backside. Report received after one hour and again we meet the doctor with report. Doctor advised medicine and medical shop was in the hospital. Purchased and returned. He is one of the best doctor. I consulted previously three times and Well after treatment.
Receptionists don't know how to behave with patients and doctor t venugopal is good. If any organization want grow better to take customer feed back.
Op experience is bad.They didn't send the patients according to their token numbers and the numbering system was clumsy.
