Amrut Villa - Villa in Penha de Franca - North Goa, India

We stayed at Amrut Villa for last 3 days for CY22. Our stay at Villa was memorable. We came back with loads of memories. Nitin and Simi are great hosts. they made sure that our stay is pleasant and helped us with all our queries and proper guidance on particularly where not to go in Goa during these crazy days. It was very useful. As such Goa is a destination for year end vacation but with Amrut's class it was beyond words. We were 3 families with total 8 members and we found Villa very spacious, all the rooms are spacious very airy with loads of light from high, fully glass window/doors. Each room is decorated in different taste. Each part of the villa has well thought facilities, like seating places in balconies, having fan in the balcony, lighting switches and sockets in each corner of the house, terrace with ample space for evening parties. basement with a pleasant surprise of swimming pool with naturally sourced water, very cozy different type of hammocks, well equipped kitchen and beautiful dining area,...... I can go on and on. One must visit and stay at this place to experience it than .....

The stay at Amrut Villa will always be one of our most memorable experiences ever! The hosts of this beautiful property make you feel at home and how - from delicious food to amazing conversations, they just made our stay extremely cozy. Every now and then, the hosts recommended us places to visit which were spot on. Honestly, we explored Goa via their suggestions only. The location is in a beautiful green zone, just walking distance from the backwaters. Trust me, a small walk on the backwaters stretch will make you temporarily forget about the beaches. Also, it's centrally located, so most of the North Goa popular spots and beaches are 20-30 mins drive away. We had a great time at our stay in Amrut Villa and we definitely look forward to staying here once again whenever we come back to Goa. Thank you, team Amrut Villa and stay blessed.

This was such a great stay for me! The property is aesthetic and a beauty to look at as well as living there is an experience in itself. The hosts make you feel just at home with all the little things they do each time to make it special for you. The rooms are well maintained and the balconies have over looking lush trees. Its a calm space. The food , the people , the artsy place it is , Amrut Villa has my heart. And special mention to the host Simi whose a young girl full of life and lets you to best places in goa and the conversations with her you will cherish for long.

Amrut Villa is the hidden gem every traveler wishes for. I have personally understood the real meaning of 'Superhosts' after having first-hand witnessed the hospitality of the Ramani Family. From mouth watering breakfast to super big (with 2 balconies!) and aesthetic rooms to very artistically designed common areas to beautiful art gallery, Amrut Villa has got it all. Cannot wait to stay over again! A clear 5/5 star property.

Amrut Villa is one of the most beautiful villas I have ever stayed in. The lush green surroundings just add to its beauty. The Villa is beautiful, tastefully done, comfortable and welcoming. It's a home away from home. It was love at first sight for me. The hosts are extremely welcoming and warm and I cannot thank Simi and Bina Aunty enough for making our stay a happy and memorable one. I already miss Bina aunty's cooking and simi's special coffee and black sesame cheesecake (trust me it's to die for). Once again, thank you for all the food, coffee, recommendations and conversations.All those memories are inscribed in my soul. I wish only the bestest things for you :)

or everyone who is looking for a beautiful, artistic, chic, practical and warm place to spend their holidays in Goa,this is perfect. I spent my 21st birthday here with a few of my closest friends, away from family,but never felt their absence because of the hosts. The most loving and helpful family that I'm going to miss dearly! Every time I need a vacation, the place I will think of is Amrut Villa. The place in itself has a soul, and this is what I remember it by. The facilities, the location with a backdoor stream and mini waterfall with the most peaceful sound in the middle of a forest has been made with great love and every corner here is picturesque. Amrut Villa is close to the backwaters and this was one of the most beautiful places I have seen. I recommend this place for everyone that wants to have a great time and fall in love with the less explored side of Goa.

The villa is beautiful- a great place to stay in Goa, especially given it's location near a lush bird sanctuary. The interiors are very artistic (there is actually an art gallery inside) and colorful. You can tell that the place was made with an eye for design given the aesthetics and all the nice details. The villa also allows you to enjoy the outdoors with the balconies and the terrace. The hosts are also wonderful- they know the area well and they're very helpful in ensuring you enjoy your stay in Goa!

It was lot more than expected and pictures do not justify the surrounding beauty of this place. Its almost like spending the time on a Treehouse. And it's a real bird sanctuary from your own room. We spend our most of time chilling in balcony and even reduced our beach time to spend better quality time within the trees, birds and art allover the Amrut villa. The host treatment was almost like a family and it was more than a five star experience. It's so tranquil that feels like a Mokshha Place If I define in my words. Breakfast was awesome and super healthy to start the day. Terrace is such a beautiful place to have a 360 digree view of the Jungle. And there are many many more..... Just endless.... Must Visit place like Heaven...
