This restaurant is located close to the city palace and hence it was a convenient choice for lunch. Aloo paratha had good filling of the masala. Unlike most restaurants, this one prepared the chole well though it was a bit on the spicier side. The dal makhani was average tasting and lacked salt. The Rajasthani royal thali was decent only the kadhi was too sour for being authentic Rajasthani Kadhi. Overall a good experience for a tired tourist who is looking for a decent lunch close to the city palace.
Amritsariyat offers incredibly tasty, Punjabi food. It surely leaves your taste buds totally satiated. The Punjabi flavors are firmly authentic and exceptional, and the delicacies are expertly prepared. It's a culinary delight that deserves a top rating for its sincere, lip-smacking offerings

One of the best restaurant in Udaipur situated just 100m away from Udaipur City Palace. During our 5 days trip of Udaipur, We've tried many restaurants but I haven't found any food tastier than this restaurant.
Their Punjabi menu is out of the box but their Rajasthani thali isn't less than anyone's.
While I've enjoyed their Daal Makhni & Paneer Butter Masala, my friend loved their Rajasthani Thali; specially Gatte ki Sabji.
If you're in Udaipur, you must try their dishes.

Amritsariyat, located near City Palace, has been on our list for a long time, and finally we made it on the occasion of my son's birthday. We loved the place quite a lot.
Every kind of food be it Punjabi, Rajasthani, Chinese, Italian was just perfect.
The manager was very polite and nice to us. He arranged a complementary dessert, which was so amazing and delicious. It was a wonderful gesture.

This is basically a traditional Punjabi and Rajasthani heritage restaurant located at the City Palace gate. If you get a chance please book/take the table near the counter..... that will be amazing.
Talking about food, the taste is great to say the least. Food is not at all pricey keeping in view the fact that it's a luxurious restaurant. The taste and quality is absolutely fair.

Very very good and delecious Punjabi food. Interior design is extremely amazing. It is one of the best restaurants we have visited ever.
Beware they are dishonest. We gave 625 cash for 525 bill and were not given 100 rupees change. When we asked about this the waiter instantly knew what we were talking about but was not going to give the change until we asked. This was not a mistake. Also the prices are high, and curry is oily. I can see there are many fake reviews for this place as well. Avoid this place
