Rooms were too small & not properly cleaned even bathroom too. Poor customer service with anna & lady manager I don't know her name exactly. I were mentioned the tag "clean the room". But they didn't clean the room. I were enquired about to this anna, she simply said I weren't notice that. I really disappointed the poor customer service with anna & especially lady manager. I'm strongly disagree your justification. I were applied for standard room but that should be clean & neat know.somebody walking on the stairs, it's making enormous sound in our room. How can I sleep there, if continuously getting sound from outside.There is no curtain for windows, that is open glass window. How can I use the room someone used!? I'm not blaming the whole team. I just point out the two person. We informed about this to the person those who is in reception. That person only changed our room. In changed room also landline not working, latch broken. I haven't mentioned anything about this. You are not giving anything free for us. You were mentioned Housekeeping came multiple times for to clean the room. I put the tag outside while I gone out. You people should clean the room at that time know. I came back after 3hours & I asked about this. You simply saying didn't notice. Housekeeping should clean the room before we came. should I stay in reception while cleaning the room. Except these two staffs, everyone did their job well. I'm not staying in resort for first time okay.

It was a great stay with fantastic sea view. Though the room was small the common area is quite spacious and we extensively used. Anna served the breakfast with a smiling and loving attitude Overall we enjoyed the stay, hospitality

Really a fantastic and tempting place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and serene ambience. Easy accessibility to prime tourist locations of Fort Kochi. Walkabale distance to the key areas like Vasco de Gama Square and heritage destinations like Santa Cruz Basilica, St Francis Church, Parade ground, eye catching view of the sea, and very clean area and well laid pavements around.

Such a wonderful place to stay when on a vacation. The rooms are delightful and gives a vintage feel. They have done quite a wonderful attempt to maintain the heritage of the property.

Mid size heritage property with beautifully decorated rooms.. We stayed in the sea view rooms during our stay and room was very good.. Food was tasty, including good options for breakfast.. Overall i loved the stay here..

Great Experience at Poovath Beach Front Heritage. We stayed there for two days. On the first day, we took the pool view room and on the second day, we switched to the sea view room. The sea view room offers a magnificient view. The rooms are spacious and cosy. There was a complimentary breakfast with our package and the food was fine.
