Very big hospital Nice infra The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, inaugurated Amrita Hospital, Faridabad on August 24, 2022. The 2,400-bed healthcare institution is India's largest private sector hospital and opens under the auspices of the Mata Amritanandamayi Math (MAM).

If I talked about infrastructure it is fantastic, awesome, mind-blowing. Very nicely designed new brand fresh building, equipped with almost all facilities. I think this is the largest hospital in NCR. Slightly in outskirts, far from Delhi but good accessibility. If I talked about doctor this is disappointing. I visited here for ENT doctor which timing was 1 to 4 pm. I reached here at 2;40 and found doctor is on lunch during his patients time and after registration I have been waiting here for more than one hr. After showing my disappointment regarding mismanagement in doctor's availability they send me to see some other doctor. Over all experience with thus doctor was also not satisfactory. But building is very nice.

Yesterday we went to Amrita hospital for my kids. Had very good experience, hospitality team helped us a lot. They are very dedicated, they fixed our appointments and made sure our appointments went very smooth. We were very happy to see such a well maintained hospital with world class facilities in India. They have all senior most doctors in respective fields.

I m giving 1 star but think - "0 star" is their correct rating. The staff doesn't know how to work and there are no processes that are followed. Highly unprofessional and non ethical staff present here. It's better to reroute to diff hospital. I will recommend even in worse conditions, avoid this hospital

Visited the hospital yesterday. It was a very nice experience. I have met cardiology department (Dr. Mohit Bhutani). Staff and doctors are supportive and helpful. There was no long queue and consultation and investigation etc are over within 30 to 40 minutes. OPD charges are nominal amount of Ra. 200 only (actual 400 and there is a discount available at present). Then I have visited Dr. Sachin Kumar Jain in the endocrinology department. There was a waiting period of about 30 minutes as there were a few patients in waiting but it was manageable. Doctor and the staff of the department were helpful and supporting. Then I have visited the dietician Dr. Charu Dua. Doctor and the staff of the department were helpful and supporting. She explained everything in an easily understandable way. Overall the experience was nice. Since the hospital is just started its operation, currently everything is neat and clean. Visitors canteen is also operational now. Food options are limited but seems to be reasonably priced and healthy. After having food, everyone should take their plates and utensils and to keep it in the designated area. May be a new and a very good concept. All the doctors and staff are helpful and supporting. An after thought... It's a suggestion to the hospital management that you could please provide 10-15 percentage discount on MRP of the medicines as in the locality we are getting 15 percentage discount on all medicines. It's an update to my earlier review. Yesterday, March 11, 2023, I have visited the hospital again and noticed that the hospital values the suggestion of patients. I am happy to see that now the pharmacy in the hospital is providing discount upto 15% on medicines. Good initiative and appreciate it.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer at another hospital,but at Amrita hospital oncologist Dr. Prashant made me do a biopsy test and in 3 days he gave me good news.it was Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma.I had 6cycles of chemotherapy and radiation and I went back to Kenya healthy and happy.Thanks to Amrita Om Namah Shivay

Probably the best Hospital in India with a gracious support staff and well-qualified, senior doctors. The Infrastructure is outstanding and the treatment procedure is straightforward. Going to a Hospital can be an unsavory experience sometimes but Amrita Hospital mitigates that by creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere where the focus is on the patient's well-being and comfort.
