I got my smile pro done here by Dr. Lalit Kumar is a very humble and positive person. I was well guided at every stage by the hospital staff. Altogether, they made my journey a seamless process. Satisfied with the results.

It was Shalini Lalit Kumar who recklessly opened the car door and my husband was hit by it and fell down. She told nothing happened and when I asked her to do an X ray. She and the duty doctor Srinivansan completely denied and ignored x-ray, saying no need of unnecessary exposure to x-ray. When I brought my husband to my well known orthopaedic doctor he examined and informed that there was an hair line crack along with meniscus injury. Such a ruthless doctor who doesn't deserve to be a doctor at all.

Let me breakdown my experience with this faculty. Doctor: Refered here by another gyno doctor (she is consultant here) and I have to say that Doctor is super nice and friendly, always taking precautions steps ahead and doing regular checkup on the patient/ baby health. I can say that the doctor which we got is super and we are lucky for that. 5/5 for doctor Nurses: There are around 3 shifts in the whole day and almost all the nurses are friendly, they will help you in all the way. Most of them are experienced and good in handling all sort of patients. In the first floor (labor ward) services for patients gets delayed if the no of patients in the floor is increased or if there is any emergency cases or some big head (founder of the hospital) comes. 3/5 for Nurses. Hospital housekeepers: Floor, reception, patients room, patients bathroom, patients cleaning/ bathing, common bathroom etc. All are cleaned regularly and it stayed clean during our stay. 5/5 for housekeepers. Water facility: They have RO facility in place. Only real problem here is, there is no one to fill the RO water and keep in the water dispenser (especially in the first floor). 2/5 - for water. Parking facility & Security: All the securities in here are always expecting a tip from the customers. Which is really kind of annoying. There is literally only 4 cars can only be parked and all other cars has to be parked outside. 1/5 - for parking facility & security. Dining area: There is a small dining area in the first floor which is really nice. But there lot of rats in the night time. 2/5 - Dining area. Reception: In person communication is good and friendly. But If you call from home, totally single word reply and simply hang up the call quickly w/o confirmation. 2/5 - reception Money: very costly 0/5 - discharge summary It has been over a week since we have discharged, but the discharge summary is still not ready. Overall an below average faculty, but yet costly operations.

Doctors and nursing staff took good care of my son while he was admitted in the hospital recovering from dengue. The sisters were very cooperative and friendly with my son. The hospital have almost all the scanning and blood testing lab facility in house.

I has admitted my daughter under Dr. Chetan and i should say he is such a wonderful doctor i had ever met bcoz of him today my daughter is well and happy thanks to amrit medical centre and Dr. Chetan .

Best hospital. My first child was born here and also my brothers first child is born today !!! It's just awesome the way Dr Shalini handles the patient. Thank you so much Amrit medical centre for being such a big part of our emotional moment thank you each and every staff at AMC. Highly recommended hospital

Dr. Sonal was very enthusiastic and ready to answer all our queries. The hospital staff is well mannered, polite and always have smiling face. Overall will recommend the hospital centre for treatment.

Iam a father of 3 yr old child my daughter was suffering from many health issues I came to Amrit medical center and admitted her under Dr. Chetan sir today my daughter is recovered fully it's only bcoz of Dr. Chetan and his team very good service Thanks to Amrit today iam happy to take my daughter home it's only bcoz of them.
