I really love my yoga class.Aman sir is amazing, very attentive and creates a calming and peaceful atmosphere.I enjoyed the balance of stretching and strengthening poses, and the focus on mindfulness and breathwork helps me to clear my mind and connect with my body. I left feeling refreshed and energized. It's really great to do yoga everyday. Thank you to the great teacher.

Happy to join Amreema Fitness Club ...Aman sir has great knowledge about his work..Also there is Aerobics Session with Gareema mam ... Aerobics Session is really good with proper Streching. They both are doing their job pretty well. Fully Satisfied!! Recommended

One of the best yoga class in Dehradun. So far I have practiced with a lot of yoga teachers and Aman sir is one of those whose techniques and instructions are very easy to follow. Every day is like a new challenge and with him it's easy to go through it. Will recommend to all those who want to learn yoga in Dehradun.
