They should work on maintaining the property. Rooms were not clean. Toilets had yellow stains. And there were mosquitoes in the room. Please avoid the food here

Property situated in out skirts of city on highway. Nice property but not maintained. Rooms are not clean. No warm water was available in bathroom and bathroom were not clean. Not felt safe for family. Charges are more as compared to services.

Very classy architecture of the property but the maintenance is pathetic and low grade. It's a quite huge property located on vijaypura-chitradurga highway and is pet friendly. Hotel staff was decent enough and helped us in late night check-in. The room which we got was not getting locked from outside due to poor maintenance of property.

Big rooms. But not worth the tarrif of 2500. Pale bed sheets and towel. Initially I was given a room where the flush was assembly was dismantled. Then mo ed to a new room without a toilet seat.

It was my life's worst experience. If there was negative review I would give a negative 5. The food is not good and not served on time

shahinag hotel is outside city location is good and peaceful I enjoyed a lot here all facilities are available here only staff are supportive and good here food also good rooms are very clean and hygiene....

Spacious rooms and courteous staff. However the room service and the restaurant service is disappointing to say the least. We were told they had staff issues which led to service issues. The front office managers Suresh and Basu manage the place well. A huge thumps up to both. Do tip the service waiters and other staff, they really work hard for upkeep.
