Problem is that this is the only showroom in the town from yamaha. Stocks are always available and services are also up to the mark. But there is scope of improvement in terms of staff's activeness is there. The need to work on there presentation. Sometimes they don't give a dammmmm to the customers. People are investing huge amount of money for their dream bike or two wheeler so it's the duty of a brand or the dealer to strengthen that believe. So Keep improving and updating you service.

Only showroom of Yamaha in Parul, Arambagh. Good stock of different kinds of bike and scooty.

Staff behaviour was so rude. I have been there to take delivery of a bike on time. But they denied saying that it's already closing time although I went there after calling.

It's the worst showroom. Buying a 2 lac above costing bike got a bad decision in the showroom for me, as they are having no such facilities in the time of handover. The behavior of the stuffs also not so good. Even they don't carry a welcoming gesture towards the customer.

very bad serve received, they are charging very high service charges, A meterial cost is 500/- they are taking fitting labour charges of 645/- , where as it's actual labor charge is 210/- only at other yahama service centre.. do not visit here
