Poor quality, high price, worst customer service & response. I bought an office chair for 6500 rupees, within 2 months it was broken. when I called the shop they responded very poorly and said "we don't offer replacement or repair" but while buying the said "there wont be any problem , if there is any we will take care". Please don't go to these fraudsters. There were similar reviews , I should have listened to them. Please don't make the same mistake as me.
Worst service I have ever seen in my life. They will make you pay more than what other sellers ask for the same product. Sometimes they will even sell the product more than the maximum retail price. Be aware!
WORST EXPERIENCE we had. Sales persons were passing comments and laughed if we enquired about something. The way they treated was so bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
