Clinic is good, but there is no token system for patients. And staffs are also so busy

We are residing 1 km nearby this lab. I am a doctor and my family regularly used to take tests from this lab. Recently however the blood sample results take more than 8 hours by which time surely the results are not reliable for something as simple as electrolytes. Also the customer service is terrible now due to the frequent customer visit that they have. Quality is now going downwards. Will not recommend it to anybody.
