I would have been happy if there were negative rating option on google. I strongly suggest not to visit this place if you want to save your reputation. The staff will make you feel so disgusting that you can't even imagine. So I had been to the yhk old town branch, ordered for 1/2 kg of chocolate mousse since it was my moms bday and we are a family of 5 and the quantity is more than enough. After paying the bill I requested the cashier for 4 extra plates. He refused first saying its only for pieces. I again requested him to give, he said you have only taken 1/2kg not a big cake so I can give you plates by keeping some sort of wired faces. I said you cannot tell this to me I am you customer. He asked me to get lost later. I had to come out of shop with a disgust feeling.
Amma's pastries is All time favourite spot for me personally specially in yelahanka branch I'm here more than 5 + year of regular customer for all the events which happens in my family i rush to amma's pastries to order a sweetooth and delicious cakes . Their standard of making cakes and quality will always be top noch. Coming to staffs are very well polite and explains in detail when we need some customize cake and they prefer to go fr the best one and gives good optional ways of ideas.
