I recently stayed at Amidhara Resort and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, just a short drive from Gir National Park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Best resort . Visited second time. Delux room is good. LARGE AND CLEAN SWIMMING POOL WITH VARIABLE DEPTH AND AT GOOD LOCATION. FOOD IS BEST. RESSTARUNT STAFF SERVICE VERY WELL. GOOD RESTAURANT. AMBIENCE IS GOOD. SWING AND PLAY EQUIPMENT FOR CHILD. SEATING IN GARDEN IS GOOD. ROOM RATE IS ALSO ECONOMICAL COMPARE TO OTHER RESORT.
Excellent property.. little improvement required .. lifts if possible..though lots of indoor n outdoor sports facilities are there but they lack maintenance.. little investments can upgrade the property. Over all very nice.
We visited Amidhara from 28-30sept . The property looks old but has decent rooms and cottages. We were 9 of us with 4 kids. We stayed in cottages which were very spacious and clean .Our only issue were the bathrooms which were big but had no bathroom curtains to separate the bathing area from the rest of the bathroom( such small issues should be looked after). The bathroom smelled of pest control,but this i felt was inevitable as the property has alot of greenary around. The gaming area and swimming pool were clean and decently kept. Since there wasn't much occupancy the chef cooked fresh food which was tasty and homely. You wont get pizzas n pastas for kids but the hot rotis and indian food was good. There should be more variety in the menu. The staff was soft spoken and cooperative. The location is quite close to sasan gir safari gate ( arnd 2km) Overall the experience was enjoyable.
Excellent property. Very nice location in close proximity with sinh sadan. Very spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. Special mention is for the staff who have very prompt service, customisable to its best to serve better to every one. Delicious food and also they tey their best to cater to your personal requirements in food as far as possible by them. Property in itself is very nice and to further enhance your experience it has very nice and welcoming staff catering all your needs
1. I travelled with family.and booked two rooms. Not a good experience at all. 2. Very old property, not maintained well, gloomy environment. Though rooms are comfortable but check the linen. WORST IS ALL MEALS..NO TASTE....HARDLY ANY VARIETY..BAD PREPRATION. 3 Worth exploring other options.
Overall ok experience but the resort is now in old construction stage they need to renovate the site and room interiors also and food quality is not good at all. 1* for food
