Poor hygiene and pathetic services. In this Dengue season, hospital's private and semi private wards are full of mosquitoes. Don't even changes the patient bedsheet untill you ask 4-5 times. Illiterate and worst admin staff. Night duty staff found sleepy and no sos facility to patient. I do not recommed this. Charges are very high but services are poor than a govt. hospital.

This is the worst hospital in Delhi ncr and infact in India. Doctors are so money minded . They cheated us and literally killed my mother. They hide all the facts and operated my mother without following all the parameters. When my mother condition deteriorated they simply asked to shift her from there . They asked us to arrange two unit of blood before operation but did not transfuse before operation and operated in anaemic condition.. my mother collapse after few hour of operation and finally died after 2days. Dr Himanshu gupta who is the owner of the hospital is a cheater and he took the life of my mother.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Amicare Hospital for the excellent care that my parents received during their knee replacement surgery. My parents were both in a lot of pain and had difficulty walking before the surgery, but after the surgery, they were able to walk again without pain. They are both very happy with the results of the surgery and with the care that they received from Dr. Himanshu Gupta and the rest of the staff at Amicare Hospital. Dr. Himanshu Gupta is a highly skilled and experienced orthopedic surgeon. He took the time to explain the surgery to my parents in detail and answered all of their questions. He also made them feel very comfortable during the surgery. The physiotherapy team at Amicare Hospital was also excellent. Dr. Gaurav Sharma was very patient and understanding with my parents. He helped them to recover from the surgery quickly and safely. I would highly recommend Amicare Hospital to anyone who is considering knee replacement surgery. The staff is friendly and professional, and the care that they provide is excellent. Here are some specific details about our experience: 1. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and to provide us with support. 2. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. 3. The food was delicious and nutritious. 4. The surgery was performed smoothly and without any complications. 5. My parents recovered quickly and are now able to walk without pain. From the hospital, though small compared to other popular hospitals, the overall experienced we had here for about a week due to my father's, who is above 90yrs, surgery is very hospitable. Even our visits later for regular follow-ups, staff were prompt and polite, overall i am very satisfied with the experiences. I commend all the staffs who were cordial and friendly throughout. Most importantly Dr. Himanshu, who from the first instance observed and recommended the surgery and took the surgery successfully, he has a healing touch more because of his genuine care and concern for his patients.

I had a great visit there...Dr Himashu took great care of my problem..staff was supportive and nice..surely visit again whenever required.

Dr Himanshu Gupta is One of the best knee surgen in delhi ncr, i visted for my mother revison knee replacement again earlier my mother knee replaced at 2007 and suddenly right knees displaced and condition was not good. Dr Himanshu treated well, patient has trust on him how they talk to patient. Surgery was successfull. Followup is very easy and Dr is always approachable for anything.
