Very rude receptionist, telling wrong information about doctor timing and when you call telling like come fast else doctor will go and when you come here you will find long queue and rude receptionist will ask for doctor consultation fee before doctor do any check up.

I took 3 sessions with ami physiotherapist, I had problem of servical lordosis, when therapist checked my neck and shoulder she said it's nothing just muscles stiffness and gave normal electric therapy and ice packs.. when I consult with other physiotherapist then I got to know the issue of servical lordosis.
Patients are not treated well, just giving common n basics excercise to all and giving same therapy to different patients.
Dr. Krunal Shah is one of Best ENT practitioner in waghodia road area or we can say in East Vadodara. I was scared of COVID as feeling 1 nose blocked and breathless ness. But he correctly diagnosed that it's not Corona but I have DNS so it happenes in this season. I m big fan of his father Dr.Mahesh shah (oldest practitioner in this area) but now Dr.KM shah also entered in this list. I had very good experience of Dr. Ami shah's physiotherapy service and her knowledge about Spondylosis and trapezitis.
