I lost my father because of junior doctor, careless nursing staff in ICU and careless technician. On first day of admission central line was was put from his neck by junior doc then after sometime internal bleeding started due to which his neck was swollen.. this means that it was done wrongly.. but the main doctor did not disclosed it...and neither he was present there while putting the central line. On last day the technician removed liquid about 1 and half litre from lungs using sirenge which is risky and as a result in 15 min he got unconscious and lungs collapsed..and we lost him in an hour...who was alright and fresh and almost recovered before half hour.. Above all almost 8-10 nurses were decorating ICU for diwali... How disgusting it was.. We are not allowed to go in ICU .. only 4-5 pm they allow and that day 8-10 people were making noise there in ICU... Just imagine guys how shocking it was for all of us.. Nursing staff is hopeless... Junior docs not at all trustworthy... Technicians appointed are also not trustworthy... docs, Nurses and technicians don't follow protocols... they consider themselves as docs... No transparency is there..as a patient's caretaker you should be shown all reports..but they don't... They lie and hide I am writing this all because I lost my Baba(father) because of hopeless and careless doctor and technician and nurses who did wrong procedure while putting the central line,while removing liquid from lungs and arrogant nursing staff who were decorating ICU for diwali celebration(can't believe).... I appeal all to please look after your loved ones when they are in ICU... don't be dependent on nurses.. because in my case even blood reports were also told lie..they don't give food properly..even urine pots are not given immediately when patient ask for... once saline was over blood was going back but nurse was not aware ..my mom told her to check... so personally go through everything... look after your loved ones...take care of them..

I am writing this review so that the problem we have faced during our hospitalization is considered and appropriate action is taken going forward. We appreciate the advise and cure doctors have provided but highly disappointed with the service. Everytime we have to go at desk and ask for help whenever required but they were always late to come upon. We started our discharge process at around 1 and they took almost 6 hours for the procedure to complete. They do not keep the data saved in their system and at the time of discharge keep calling doctors for update on medication. I hope they hire enough resource for quick action and keep good management to avoid any kind of ambiguity.

We are highly disappointment with the service provided here and so i am writing this review. Please don't be fooled by the anonymity. Although doctors here are quite recommendable but if we talk about service its really pathetic and poor. We have to stay in queue for almost 5 hours for discharge procedure. They donot keep the record of patient from the day of admission but get them all updated at the time of discharge by calling multiple doctors and nurses , they even enquire the payee if these tests are done on same dates. Also during emergency, no one is available on the floor to come on ringing the emergency bell. This is something really annoying and they need to take action upon.

I'm giving this feedback to help someone who needs right treatment at right time and to appreciate someone's good work and few very important things need to be improved. My father was diagnosed with Multiple myeloma(Blood Cancer),6 months before.His treatment was going in AOI, Nagpur under Dr. Shailesh Bamborde Sir, after 2 months chemotherapy, he started walking. Then after 6 months,his BMT is done under Dr.Bamborde sir on 28th Dec 2022. I thanks to AOI ,Nagpur who has appointed such doctors like Dr.Shailesh Bamborde sir(Consultant Hematologist & BMT)is an genuine,accomplished and who is very strict about his patients comfortability and most important available 24/7,this is what I understood about him with in this 6 months of treatment in AOI,Nagpur.On my personal experienced, highly recommend Dr. Shailesh Bamborde sir for blood cancer and for any blood disorder related diseases. I get disappointed with two services provided food and clothes during BMT.The meal provided was undercooked even for patient.And the clothes were teared even sometimes without nada. Atleast it should be checked properly before handover to BMT. The BMT room and washroom equipments should be maintenance before starting BMT as to avoid unnecessary movement.And the staff who is having cold&caught, sneezing should be avoided in bmt . My humble thanks to chemotherapy sister Nivedna & Kamini sister, front desk staff kamlesh sir, Mrunal sir and TPA staff (Anand sir)with whom we were connected since 6 months. Because of you our journey easily completed for BMT. All BMT staff sister payal,kavita, purnima,kamini and poonam,Because of their good hand in their work and they divert the mind of patient so that he feels better and make smile on my father's face which meant a lot for me during BMT. Very poor response and treatment, My father is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease with early onset, as they know the treatment is under insurance they greedily suggests me to take single private room, even though I have admit my father in general ward. Treatment is very slow to increase the bills and even after suggests discharge by Dr. , they took patients one day idle without any treatment Lots of communication gaps between staff and miss communication with patients relatives

I was Suggested this hospital from one of my family friend. Dr.Shailesh was God sent to us, the way he explained us about the condition, was very commendable, and his support and guidance throughout the treatment made it very easy for us to manage the patient. We are in debt of Dr. Shailesh And team AOI for completion of treatment.

We join as a intern here. And Our experience is very good.. Specially thank you to Nisha and Neelam mam for introducing hospital and all over staff.All staff and doctors behave with us very smoothly and freely.Here all Management was very nice.Hospital provided various facility and policies also.

We have join as a intern in the hospital the people is very helpfuling nature and good communication. Especially in HR department the Neelam mam and Nisha mam are very supportive and given us proper guidance about hospital and management services.
