Oveall service was good but need to update the staff about various payment options especially tap to pay i.e taping your physical or virtual card to machine for paymnet. I have stored all my card to my phone and pay via NFC ie taping phone to machine (through virtual card stored) but was not allowed to do so and got a reply that our IT section does not allow us to do such payments.

All staff is experienced, doctors are very help full, they always give real information As i seen the ground service that is given by VFS company to this hospital was really adorable, the GDA staff , security staff, and house keeping are very helpful ,,, as i seen 6 feet black uniform commando boy very helpful to every one, well educated he leads team very well Very neat and clean hospital,. I M H Rahil recently had to undergo a Surgery of my father Mr. Mohd Hussain at AOI Batra Sidhra hospital and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the entire facility and the staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Firstly, the hospital facility was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The reception area was welcoming, and the waiting area impressed with the quality of care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel at ease. The hospital facilities were top notch - clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The surgical team Specially Dr. Sujeet Kumar Bhatt Sab and nursing staff were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything thoroughly before and after my procedure. Radiation faculty :- Dr. Jugmohan Sir and Radiotherapy staf Mr. Muddasir, etc.were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. Ayushman Staf were also very helpful. Throughout my stay, I felt that my comfort and recovery were their top priority. They checked my patient frequently, ensured I stayed on top of my medications, and provided me with plenty of resources for a smooth recovery at home. Security staf i.e , Mr Tariq Hussain, Mr Altaf Hussain and others, Guide staf i.e Sanjana, Rohit, and others were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I cannot recommend the AOI Batra hospital enough. If you're looking for a hospital facility and staff that truly cares about their patients, this is the place to go. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks for showing huminity and dignity.

Poor staff management ever seen in hospital. People standing and waiting in long queue's for their respective fullfilments. They don't bother to this until some attendents show up to them. They just focus on driving the working staff into multiple tasks and overload them with work. They must hire some more people so that they can make process more simple and convenient for patients. AOI please bother to this and hire some more people to ensure smooth work flow. Rest the available nursing staff is much more helpful and polite. Never seen such people anywhere in hospitals.

AOI Jammu,is performing vary well,whole staff from Doctor to nursing staffs behaviour is excellent. Hospital is neat and clean.

I have been visiting AOI since November, 2022 for chemo-radiation, surgery and now chemo therapy. without going into details i must say that I am fully satisfied with the services rendered by the staff of different categories of this hospital .

Washrooms are soo dirty....one toilet is without door..how will one b able to use it without door... sweeper are not cleaning it properly...seat jets are out of order....very pathetic Kindly consider my complain as soon as possible cz hygiene must b on priority
