Room are well maintained and it is above my expectations. Service here is very good and also the staff here are friendly. Location . It all green nature surrounding the places, it has a nice view and fresh air.
The staffs never responded properly when we ask anything. They are very reluctant. They don't know how to treat the guests. They are not even providing basic amenities such as hot water and clean sheets. There was No Heater in the room. No complimentary breakfast, no water bottles and no hot beverages.. nothing is provided. They ask you to buy everything from outside for which you need to go for 5-6 kms in the freezing weather. They charged us Rs5000 for a single night. Worst Experience ever.

Its better if they close this place permanently saving fellow travelers from this wretched experience." * Zero hospitality. * Extremely poor service and very rude staffs. * Extremely shabby rooms with unclean mattress. Cigarette pieces found all around the room. * No heaters provided in rooms even when it's freezing 4degC inside. * No hot water, tea or coffee or any food provided when asked, even we were ready to pay extra there was no response from management for anything. * A huge nightmare and it wasn't bearable to stay there even for few hours. * Never had such a worst experience in our entire lifetime travelling around the world. * We became sick and had to rush back home immediately because of the unfortunate experience in this miserable place.
A devastating experience to stay here. No basic amenities, a nasty place to stay filled with trash. Never recommend anyone to take a glimpse of this place believing any positive previous fake reviews. Please don't get fooled by the fake reviews like we did. We chose this place through Koi moi travels and the hotel staffs were extremely rude, they don't know how to treat the guests, they treated us as if we were staying for free, they didn't respond for any of our requests. They didn't provide any hot water to drink, neither complimentary breakfast nor geyser and room heater facilities as mentioned while booking. They made us regret visiting Shillong. The entire trip was ruined because of this place. Worst ever homestay. Its not a place anyone would want to stay even for a day.
Worst service ever! I stayed last night and they refused to provide water, tea and extremely poor service. I would warn everyone before booking to this homestay as they are big cheaters.
Very good place to stay. All facilities available, room is clean, washroom is well equipped. Also the food tastes amazing.
