Doctors and technicians are consistently tardy. I had to wait for 1.5 hours in the morning for the doctor to arrive at the hospital, and now I am waiting for the technician. It appears that all the doctors are occupied with their private clinics. If you are a working professional where time is crucial, I recommend avoiding this hospital. However, it is affordable in terms of cost.

My Mother's Knee replacement surgery was done successfully by Dr.Nitin Thakkar sir without any complications. Well experienced Doctor. Thanks for his constant support and responce. Thanks to whole team of hospital,Nurses and special thanks to Admin team for understand procedure of claim and smooth process of operation.

It is a very nice hospital, all the facilities are good, there is no problem, the staff behaved nice & good facility is available in heart department, & my mother now stable. 1. Staff not trained. They have no idea what they say what they do. THEY NEED PROPER TRAINING. 2. Lack of information. The staff does not know which is where and they have no idea what we ask them. 3. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. 4. Patients miss treated all the time.

Visited a children's specialist at Amena khatun. Dr. Junaid shaikh as per his habits coming late for almost 1 hr. After one hour waiting the staff says we must wear masks to consult with Dr. Whereas the doctor came to the clinic and didn't wear a mask at all. During consultation, he is not taking any history of the patient just gives the bulk of medicines. As a pharmacist i don't think this is the right practice. He had taken just 5 min for 3 patients. . Hospital management should take this in to feedback as probably he is doing good at his personal clinic but not to have any responsibility at trust hospital.
