The rooms were nice, but my biggest concern was the food. We were given rotten DAAL and calling the chef, he told us he put lemon while cooking it. I was suffering from food poisoning back then. Please don't trust the chefs.

I am going to the training purpose of this place... The location and view was very good... ... hotel staff and decoration was lovely... We enjoyed our training without any disturbance and we clicked so many photos....we enjoyed our training... Thanks

The hotel may not be ideal for those planning to stay near Har Ki Pauri. It is rather 15 kms before Haridwar on the highway. The only hotel to serve alcohol and non-veg in the vicinity (in case that's the preference). Welcoming staff, neat and clean rooms, good food and meets all your requirements. Perfect for a halt in Haridwar when you are travelling beyond i.e. towards Nainital side.

The room key card stopped working even before I checked into the room. Since I checked in late no one was with me to assist with my luggage which I carried up myself. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was fairly pedestrian. French fries was probably the best item on the morning buffet. . Their checkout doesn't accept American Express card as their POS machine repeatedly failed to swipe it. I get woken up at 7 AM by a waiter delivering room service that I hadn't ordered. All in all needs vast improvement in service levels if they are to retain the business from their regulars.

Excellent place...... Food is excellent. Staff is co-operative. Rooms are not as silent. One can hear sounds from other rooms.

Nice hotel ! Located on Haridwar - Delhi Highway. Far from har ki Pauri. If someone visiting for har ki Pauri than he has to pay toll tax many times. No fan is provided in the rooms which make a person uncomfortable initially. Hard to find if AC is working or not working with wall mounted remote. I couldn't find any other facilities except room, restaurant and parking. Staff was very polite and nice.

It's on main highway, rooms were spacious. Overall good experience. Breakfast was also good

Absolutely gorgeous experience, amazing food and staff.... Rare find, highly recommended. We were to stay for just one night but had to extend and the front desk staff was so understanding and polite for early check in and check out. All and all it's a perfect place for family or anybody. Jist 15 kms from Haridwar and ideal to stay for that purpose, walking distance to Patanjali centers and wall to wall to an amazing water park.... Jist go for it.
