Ambrose Smokehouse - Restaurant in Salem - Salem, India

Great quality food with nice visiting environment. I had a Gopi chilli noodles and it felt good too. Nice place to have some good foods. My suggestions - Price is high. Little bit food cost reduction will be a great move to attract more people.

I love the experience I got here in the Ambrose smokehouse it's really amazing the people here are soo friendly with the customers and the service provided is really awesome I personally love this and I recommend everyone to visit this place once and will never forget this place anymore the food I got here is soo delicious yummy food @ambrose smokehouse

I ordered one full Sriracha from Ambrose on zomato today, the quantity was only half and the chicken was completely burnt, called up the restaurant, they had asked for the pics, which I had sent, they accepted their mistake and promised to deliver a replacement, however in an other half an hour, they had called me back and said they can't deliver as the distance is far. They also said " you can go ahead and complaint in zomato" COMPLETELY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Worst briyani I have ever tasted in my life. Briyani is very cold while serving. I could not take more that 3 bite, informed the staff and returned the item. Ambrose Smokehouse staff is not listening feedback but he wants me to pay for the returned item as well. No one in the restaurant is ready to take customer feedback. I will never visit this restaurant again in my life. I asked owners number to share my feedback but he is not ready to share his contact.

Good ambience Taste of the food is good Worth a try

As the name suggests, it's a smoke house chicken, they do the barbecue and serve with blowing the torch , lively. Different types of tandooris available. The masala was good on the chicken. As per the taste it was good. A very small compact place. The smoky environment was not enjoyable for long time.

There was literally smoke everywhere, which got infused even in the cheesecake and ruined it's taste. The waiting time for the food was very long (even though they mention 20 mins, it takes min 40+ mins). We ordered Mexican bbq chicken, but all we could taste was mustartd sauce. Noodles was good. Could improve a bit on the above said points, otherwise good.

It's a small place, there speciality is barbecue items. Biriyani is just ok. I would give a comfortable 5 out of 5 for barbecue honey chicken. They could do better in service. And portions size is small
