Ambros Hotel & Lounge. - Hotel in Kurukshetra - Kurukshetra, India

1. I had gone to the restaurant to enjoy a nice evening but I must say behaviour of the staff is not upto the mark. 2. The waiter even added extra drinks in the bill and to my surprise he even refused to accept his mistake and to avoid any conflict I paid extra money for the drinks. 3. The manager being present on spot also did nothing and just kept nodding his head to the tunes of his waiter. 4. Food was average. 5. Drinks - I was getting a feeling that they were being diluted. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The Manager is utterly unprofessional... the scold you instead of explaining... it was like interacting with a government office .... Will not recommend to anyone... also will recommend that the manager is trained well in hospitality...

I stayed in Hotel Ambros room today, the room was clean. Whatever staff was found. it was awesome. Room service front office staff was great. Ambros Hotel is the first hotel in Kurukshetra which provides valet parking facility. I suggest you all whenever you come to the area, definitely try it once.

I booked a stay in executive room for two days from 7 APR to 9 APR 2023. Here is my experience which everyone should take care before booking these fraudsters in future :- 1. I have been given a room which becomes nightmare when we found bed ding is totally compressed at one side. Though they resolve this by giving another room but in that room also many things like electric switches not worked , toilet seat not ok... But we managed by thinking we need to stay only 2 days. Also little parking space if one vehicle gets parked other have to adjust almost on main road. So boss for us no parking facility is there. 2. Now the worst part was that they called me on 8 APR evening by saying to pay next day room payment of Rs. 2500. I told them that i booked the executive room on phone at Rs. 2500 for two days which i already paid at checkin. But they are so rude and insisted to pay the amount again and get back from their words. I we're not able to record the booking call otherwise being a customer i am very committed that they promised the room for 2 days in Rs 2500. Finally we have to left the property because they are very unprofessional and fraudsters. I was surprised that one of his employee told me that i being a customer is doing fraud to him. This is the way they treat customer . I found other better hotels than him nearby with better rooms and facilities. So take a look before being there. For me it's a negative 5 star facility.

Pathetic service and extremely rude behaviour by staff. No one is having sense of talking to the guests. That was my last visit to this place and never going to recommend this to anyone.

Overall stay was OK kind. Location is good. Parking is an issue as vehicles are parked in front of hotel on road side. U need to carry your own paste, shampoo etc. as same are not provided. No daily cleaning of room or change of bed sheets etc.

It's Good and gorgeous Hotel for stay and services.

Location is not at all good. No space for parking. Rooms are sort of ok not that clean and maintained as shown in picture. There was Lizard in room. No hot water. Walls are splilled by some liquid which gives pathetic feeling.toilets are also not that clean. Staff is good. At the end you can stay for a day or two as its within budget.
