Ambora spring is located in a very quiet and unremarkable area. It looks just like any other rural setting with a narrow road, swaying palms and thick vegetation.
This is heritage place of one of the village of goa. It has fresh water spring which comes down from mountain and goes into fields.
You'll find a small pond like structure constructed around it. It has small fishes, when you enter, they start eating your dead skin, it's like free natural fish spa.
Just a small waterbody in a village. VP taken initiative to maintain it is good thing. Whoever visits here please maintain.
This place has something unique to offer. My first wrong impression was like - it's different and how can this be an attraction. But when you spend some good 30 mins here, you realise it's importance. Its a ground source of clear and filtered water and 1 ft depth is maintained. You can have a free fish pedicure here.
Tourist shouldn't spoil the water and violate serenity of this place.
Highly recommended when you are around this place.
Very dirty. No maintenance. Overhead possibilities of coconuts falling. Lots of water snake's, not safe. Doesn't look like a natural spring as it is grilled all sides.
Ambora spring is located in a very quiet and unremarkable area. It looks just like any other rural setting with a narrow road, swaying palms and thick vegetation. Only the sign board in yellow catches your attention. What looks like the wall of the well is where the spring is. You wouldn't image there is water flowing because the water is tranquil and soundless. A few steps descend to the water which is cool, clear and only about a foot deep. You can bathe in it, however, as the board states very clearly animals are not allowed into the water.
I checked this place in google map and was excited to go there as they said it contained fishes as like free spa but when we went there we saw a family taking bath in it and the other family collecting all the fishes and upon asking them to not take those fishes, they said they've been doing that since three years because they love fishes.
It was just waste of our time and petrol to go there because there was nothing, just some muddy water.
Very cool place in hot region, you will get free pedicure from fishes. Please preserve beauty of nature, don't dirt the place and water.
Simple and natural water spring ....... enjoyed the free pedicure from the fish.
Dear Carmen...thank you sooo much for the wonderful stay at Ishkaa. We enjoyed every minute of the time we spent there, with the children wanting to rush back from wherever we were just so that they could chill in the house. We loved everything about
I extend my warmest gratitude to Maria de Fatima Figueiredo de Albuquerque for the extraordinary experience at the Figueiredo Mansion in Goa. Your guided tour was a true privilege and honor, revealing not just the beauty of the architecture and antiq
It's quite refreshing to see a restaurant like this in Loutolim. The place is done up really well and it gives you a very European summer feel. The white decor and walls add panache to the place.
The food is really good here. We tried their Chinese c

This place serves authentic Goan food. We had pork sorpotel and steak bread and both were amazing. The price is very affordable. I will surely recommend this place for Goan delicacies. And as the name suggests you do get a lake view which is beautifu

This is a must see house if you are visiting Goa for the first time. Orignally owned by an advocate, the house tells a nice story of how Goa was during the Portuguese time. The place showcases old tools and paraphernalia that gives a first hand look
