Good 1. Nice staffs 2. River bank location 3. Proper farm house location Bad 1. Allowing ppl to have liquor 2. Very well planned property but not maintained well. Lot of renewal required

Room facilities are not good either ac.; tv ; fan also not working waste of money property is also not so clean My experience at this resort are worst first experience and last experience at this resort

I have been with my family for lunch and swimming had very good time and the location is very good to be....

Place was good very moderate again it's a economy class you can stay there and roam around once you are back there is a riverside sitting for dinner and you can enjoy with family in a swimming pool well maintained good staff and good environment.

A neglected property . Though it has very good location close to the Kaveri river, the management team does not seem to be interested in running it .A dilapidated building with rooms with broken amenities in the bath and rooms makes it ok place for a group with zero expectations on service. The staff does make attempt to provide service but it nowhere close to anyone's expectations. One may have to wait for hours to get a cup of tea jn the room. It's always better to carry the tea pot from kitchen to the room by oneself. Overall no good for families unless there is no option left out. Sample amenity of a A/c is attached here. Rest are left to one's imagination.

Shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. The restrooms have a layer of mud in the ground and smell horrible. The pool bottom has lots of grit that you can feel under your feet. Trash everywhere and the buildings look abandoned.
