Been here many times, and every time food tasted exactly same! Superb, authentic Kozhikode Meal! Fish fry is bit pricey but taste's makes you forget everything.

Authentic Kerala food and very tasty. Good price point and could get busy during peak hours.

Awesome experience. If you are in calicut, ambika mess is a must try for Lunch. They have a wide variety of sea food dishes especially fish fries. If you have been to this place, you will come again without a second thought. Good food with excellent service and amble of parking space available. You may have to wait for seats in peak hours. The rate is also normal. A must try place in Calicut for food lovers

Been there a couple of times. Their Kerala Meal with fish fry is one of the best lunch-treats you can experience at Calicut. Last time we tried their Chemmeen Fry (Prawns), Nethal Fry (Anchovy) and Kadukka (Mussels). Chemmeen Fry was super delicious, one of the best Chemmeen fries I have tried in Calicut, I would say. Nethal and Kadukka were also good. If you like Naadan Kerala Meal with Fish Fries, believe me, it's a must visit place.

If you want to have authentic Kerala cuisine and fish then this is must visit authentic taste and very cheap meals.

Last Sunday we had lunch from this hotel. By hearing from the vide publicity we had tried all kinds of fish except mussels(kadukka) & squid (koonthal) (as it was not available with them). But all fish items were quite disappointing. It felt that fish were not fresh and was of frozen type. Felt like we we were not paid for what we have given.
