Good place overall, slightly overpriced. Excellent Restaurant and in room dining. Excellent Location. Housekeeping and room service employees are really good. Only a few minor areas of improvement: Front desk management can and should be better at this price. Central AC is a bit noisy at times. The 1st floor is rented out for weddings which causes basic issues like noise, slower elevator etc. Otherwise I would have given 5 star

If you are planning for a mini function for 150-200 gathering then this is a perfect place for you to host. Rooms are perfect and maintenance is good. Parking is limited but we can easily find some place to park our vehicle. Over all we are pretty much happy and satisfied with this place.

Stayed here from 12 Aug 2023 to 15 Aug 2023. Premium Sea View Room. The rooms were nice and spacious. Room service, toiletries and other things were good too. However, please keep in mind that all premium sea view rooms have DIAGONAL sea view - means there is a window (large enough) which will give you side view of the sea. If you want direct and larger sea view, go for high category rooms like "Freedom of Seas" or "Sun and Sand suite". Overall I would say great location, exactly beside war memorial and in front of RK Beach coco arena 4. One complaint I have - they only provide 2 500ml water bottles per day and there isn't any RO water facility. Extra water will cost 60/- per bottle - which is disappointing. I would request management to consider this and provide water facility free of cost.

My personal recommendation. Please dont choose Sea Green restaurant for your special day out with Family. Food was terrible. right from soups, starters and biryani - quite terrible. Restaurant had lost its charm completely. Except for the ambience, Taste and Quality would be far better in our nearby local restaurants than this.

Place is good to visit at quiet hours. Coz you can take a moment to enjoy the view,food etc. After it gets crowded, it resembles like a chowpati. They don't even have proper cutlery and sometimes use subpar level icecreams and syrups. Except to the decor and view, ambience has been not upto the mark. Food was highly overrated and totally didn't worth it. Overall 3/5

Had been here multiple times with family and friends This time we ordered prawns @ starter's & boneless chicken biryani ... Prawns was not at all hot .. I think it was already kept ready out of prvs orders and biryani had too too too much of oil in it .... Not getting the option to add pics ... pls maintain the consistency

I visited here with family for peaceful dining experience, but was disappointed due to lot of noise and food is not so good as well. Felt suffocating and will never visit again. Worst experience for the price paid.

If there was a 4.5 option, I would have given it. Nothing materialistic is 100% perfect. Although, I would make a note that the rooms were spacious, clean, ventilated well and maintained uptight. The hotel upgraded my stay to a premium sea view room, and the view was to die for. The morning rays lighting up your room, with the beauty of the Blue waters of Bay of Bengal was a sight to behold.
