The food & Atmosphere was fantastic.
The issue with service is Lunch timing was from 12:30 to 3:30pm. We reached at 2:30pm. Order came soon. But as soon as it is 3PM most of the occupants left except us. The waiter put off the ACs even after telling them, they put it on and after a few minutes another waiter came again and put it off. It's the height of disrespect after spending a bill amount of RS.2700/-...not expecting this kind of disgusted Service.
Amber By Iconic in Mysore was a delightful surprise during our road trip from Wayanad to Bangalore. We started with Chicken Manchow Soup, followed by Dal Makhani, Mutton Rogan Josh, Butter Naan, and Jeera Rice. To top it off, we had Fresh Lime Soda.
The food was exquisite, with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. We left with full stomachs and smiles, eager to return for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!

Great Ambiance and service but the taste can be improved a little bit. Tried andhara chicken biryani and was quite good but expected a bit more masala and spice, chicken ghee roast was also good but not the best and same goes to browni with ice cream. Service is very good and the owner and servers were very friendly. Good place to hangout with family
This happened on May 1st when we were returning back to Bangalore. We stopped at Amber Multicuisine for lunch. There 2 other tables that were occupied. We were glad since it was 2 PM and kids were hungry. We went ahead and ordered some curries and roti. Half way through our my friend noticed a cockroach on her Roti. We were angry of course because we chose that restaurant because it looked clean. The manager apologized and got us Phulkas, but some of them just couldn't eat after what they saw. We were concerned since kids were almost done with their meal.
For a restaurant that advertises that quality is their identity, well you know the quality now.
Nice ambiance and food tastes so good .Serving way and gesture is all so good
We had family dinner during our Mysore trip. We loved all the dishes we ordered including mushroom palak and Lucknow mutton biryani. The biryani is a must try item!
