My experience is really bad, I 've got of my mother admitted into this hospital, he's got tested positive for dengue. No doubt, the doctors of this hospital are really good and I would specially like to mention Dr Bharat or his Son listen to the patient very well and also provide good treatment. one of the best doctor honestly. But the staff and the services of this hospital are pathetic. Rooms and washrooms are not even clean, just imagine a dengue patient is there and the rooms are full of mosquitos. No time to time cleaning of bedsheets, washroom and rooms. I would simply say it's a private hospital with quite good charges with services like a government hospital. Really concerned about the kind of staff behaviour and hygiene maintenance of this hospital. The lights in emergency room ( ICU ) were cut due to short circuit, there was no light for 2 hours, I said many times that there is no light, but the hospital staff has been saying the same thing, behavior of the staff was also very bad, my Mother's condition was very bad. No one from the staff came to take him to the toilet. Paise kafi charge karte hai but fecility ke naam pe kuch bhi nahi.

Worst staff, worst room service nobody takes care of patients properly, Doctors ko sirf pese bnanae h plus behaviour of staf is pathetic, male staff is not safe, for female patients there is no availability of female nurse, never ever Go there in any case

Worst Experience ever..... Even I don't want to give a single star to this hospital.... # Dirty washrooms. # No hygeine. # No discipline. # Semi private rooms is like General wards.

Ambay hospital is really a very good hospital in terms of services, But today, A doctor named VS Chauhan working in this hospital did misbehaved/bad touches with me. I request the management and the owner of this hospital to solve my problem if you won't be able to solve my problem then I have to involve police to take action on this matter.

The hospital is fine for once, except cleanliness. But the staff of their medical hall (i.e. dispensary) is of very poor quality. Whose hospital people should think something. They do their arbitrary demands, give some claims, some claim and if the customer says something, they reply on rudeness.

All staf are soo supportive...Good facilities overall
