It's atrocious, pathetic, and will make you lose your mind. I test my patience all the time but staying here really gets on your nerve. First of all, the staff is super nice and supportive so I have to keep them out of it, full credit to the guys for sticking by this hotel. I have booked Maharaja Suite, Super Delux, and have paid a good price so that at least I can be at peace but all in vain. it's stupidity to keep complaining to staff members because they can't do anything about it, they have 0 authority and power in their hands. I'm writing this at 1 a.m in the night because the most premium room in their hotel is extremely noisy (a.c broken) and I have to stay with it even if I don't want. My recommendation for your stay: The food is Extremely good so 1 star for that, I hope this will make your decision easy.

I stayed for 2 days rooms are dirty even the wooden flooring room also. Lights are very bad. Intercom doesn't work. Cleanliness in Bathroom also is not upto mark. I booked for food for two days for 3 times a day. Food is tasty, But there is buffet system only 400 rs per person they provide like meal coupon and Dey charge if it cross. Renovation work should have to be done. Bed sheets are dirty. Kettle for boiling water looks very dirty. For complimentary also they won't provide Water bottles it is chargeable. Basic aminetis also they say only one. Really Horrible and terrific.
This is the worst hotel we have ever lived in. 1. very bad rooms, even the deluxe rooms were so dirty, the blanket on the bed was bad the floor was bad and the entire room is dirty . some of the support staff themselves didn't talk positively about the room.2. no wifi in the room - unlike what is mentioned, there is no wifi in the room and as a result I had to miss important meetings 3. we had booked the hotel for 5 days, but checked out in 30 mins. inspite of checking out in 30 min, they did not refund any money. we requested them to return for 4 days.
