The place is decent. At a perfect location and the food is good too. The issue that I faced is they have communication gap between the housekeeping and the reception. Anything you tell at reception isn't conveyed properly to the staff. But the staff is quite polite. They do not have any travel desk and have only 1 travels contact. We took a can from them and it broke down and when we asked for another, they had no contacts at all. That needs to be changed. It ruins the entire plan. Otherwise if you don't worry about commute at all then definitely recommended.
The rooms are amazing and hotel staff are exceptionally good and helping specially the manager Ms Fatima. Didn't have even one single problem during the stay. Food from the restaurant is delicious and the location is at the centre with access to nearby places. 100% recommended to stay here

The rooms were neat.. only minus was the reception desk. Poor communication skills..poor room service.. I had to get a water bottle from an outside shop since they were not able to provide one promptly..
