The place is average. The building and location are good, but it is badly maintained. A lot of basic things missing and not working. To be fair, the staff tried correcting all the issues as soon as possible.

Rooms and furniture items are well arranged. Rooms are spacious enough to stay with family and kids. The room is in a condition to be repainted. One small kitchen with an electric kettle and small refrigerator is an added facility. Performance of A/C units are good. Free wifi and TV is also available It is located approximately 1 KM away from Guruvayur temple.

Location: very inaccessible and slightly far from main road Room: there are only 2 lights and one of them is not working. Spider web is on the roof. There are light Wires behind the bed. Service: wifi signals are not coming and on complaint host didn't resolve. When I came at the hotel host asked me to upgrade the room which I didn't so he didn't care about the light which wasn't working.

I stayed in a 1-bhk unit. The unit was ok but maintainence is nil. A/c remotes were not working and they just tried doing something but the problem didn't get solved. So had to run the a/c with same temperature. On 2nd day, geyser stopped working and when asked them to get me a bucket of hot water they bluntly refused saying there is no man power and they just opened an adjacent room which was recently vacated and dirty and told me to shower there. So i ended up carrying a bucket of so called hot water myself from that room. Basically lethargic and careless attitude. Location wise, it's a bit interior. Difficult if you dont have your own vehicle. If needed, they will call u an auto. Also there are no restaurants nearby and even in house they don't have anything other than water bottles with them. Only saviours are Swiggy and Zomato. A lot to improve and change for good, especially their attitude and lethargic nature.

Booked it at last minute, for pilgrimage purpose. Was a pleasant stay. Neat and tidy rooms. good for a overnight stay. Just the distance from the temple is the only con. if you are visiting in car that's manageable. Clean rooms, linen and bathroom.

The kitchen had a refrigerator, a kettle, a washbasin, and a balcony for outside views. The bedroom had an attached toilet with shampoo, body moisturizer, and a clean towel provided. They also provided tea, coffee, sugar, and milk powder, although some of the packets were expired. I paid 1405 rupees for the room, which was an excellent value for the amenities provided. The location was also convenient for those with a vehicle, as the Guruvayoor temple was nearby. However, it may be a little far if you plan to walk there. Overall, I highly recommend Ambalath Maple Leaves Home for its spacious rooms, convenient facilities, and friendly staff.

Ambalath Maple Leaves is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are nice and neat, the service is excellent, and it's conveniently close to the Guruvayur Temple. The peaceful atmosphere adds to the overall experience. Highly recommended.
