Quality and service of staff : Excellent Quality of Room: Average Car parking can be improved for hotel guests,because I parked my car near to their Local bar,I felt very unsafe there.
Let's start with the positives. Ambalakara Regency boasts a convenient location, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff members were generally friendly and attentive, making an effort to ensure guests felt welcome during their stay. The hotel's lobby and common areas were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambiance.
Seafood is good here... Although they have liquor licence, they don't serve even beer at the restaurant. Parking is a big issue here ..

Recently go to there took a beer , mistakenly one glass broken by me and they have changed to me 50 Rs and very bad behaviour all staffs,
An average hotel with basic service . The Ambience is good at reception side ground floor & Corridor's except inside room. The room was below average looks 90's. No heater available for instant hot water around the clock. The phone placed on the room was too noisy to talk with receptionist. They were unable to rectify the hot water problem on same day as we need hot water to bath and given another room the next day but that room doesn't had shower facility (No knob to put on the shower).
