2013 is when Amazon india started operating. This was the first place from which Amazon started working. Mainly on just Customer Service. Occupied 9th and 10th floors of Building 9 of Raheja Mindspace. Since the architecture is old, this feels compressed. More like a camp than a full pledged workspace. This place had hiring, training, production floors. The flat organisational architecture appeals for more ownership at work. And mentors are very reachable for quick inputs.

The place is great with good food court and atmosphere. The ambience of the place is perfect. The coffee at Starbucks is . All over it's good.

Worst delivery and customer service. It's lot better to use Flipkart as they are very much best at customer service. They didn't deliver my order for more than 3 days after actual delivery day. Every time I call they say it depends on delivery person, if they'll feel good so they'll deliver. Otherwise no delivery, lost money, lost product. Amazon employees using customer products
