Food was so excellent. One has to experience the food taste. They offer lunch and dinner in buffet and also Ala karte. Ambience need to be improved. Loojs like some what congested but food taste is very nice. One can enjoy food with family. Offers veg and non veg buffet at Rs.549 & Rs. 649 respectively. Also offer 20% discount for the hotel guests.
Service was bad and unsatisfactory ... If you ar coming as a visitor from a tier one city or any city with good nightlife like I came from Mumbai, than don't get fooled by the 5star reviews as locals might have given good ratings, because they might not seen the outside world. I had a train to catch at 11.30pm and so i decided to stay here for buffet till 10pm as this was nearby railway station but it went wrong do read full review. Food was okaish, chicken was raw and hard and if you opt non veg the service will be so fast that before you finish the previous dish the next dish will arrive (As for nonveg they will serve and veg is a la carte). They allowed me entry at 7pm where the buffet time start at 7.30pm so I was quiet happy with that but than I realised that it was done so that i finish fast and leave. Without me asking them to get main course I was served chicken gravy and roti and after having that immediately I was asked to pay for bill. Although I tried to stay back as I had to wait so after having main course I asked for paneer tikka and they said "oh main course ke baad starter repeat" and they gave me 2 piece paneer and i told them that if this is the qty than you will have to get 3-4 more plates so immediately the waiter got more 15pieces of paneer(more than what can be served in the plate) which displayed his inner anger on me. Horrible experience. Because they are charging 685 doesn't mean they can provide so bad service and food
This hotel is located very near to Vadodara station , you can walk for hardly 5 minutes from Vadodara station to reach this hotel. Don't expect luxurious amenities from this hotel like swimming pool, kids play zone & garden or good view. If you are visiting vadodara for business trip , then this property is good option. Staff is very polite & prompt in service. Room are very good & equipped with every needed thing. Specious room & bathroom Food quality is also good , don't take Lunch in AP plan, it's taken time to get food on your table. For dinner , you will get good spread Breakfast spread is also good with multiple choice in food. This property is good option for business travellers
It's a good restaurant. Both Veg and Nonveg options available but for Nonveg you need to talk to the person for service. The staff service is bad but the ambiance is good. Food taste is good. Price is also not so costly. Situated just side of the newly made Baroda Bus stop. The expectations was more from a brand like THE FERN but still need improvement from staffing.
Amazing restaurant lying at the lobby level restaurant of The Fern Residency Vadodara. The location maybe a little difficult to locate however it lies to extreme close proximity to the station and the PVR mall on the side. It's a restaurant with a very classy and chic ambience. The restaurant also serves an amazing lavish buffet at very affordable rates. I stay in the hotel for 3 days. Dined here everyday for breakfast. To find such amazing lavish breakfast spread was wonderful and made my stay more amazing. I also had lunch and dinner here on alacarte basis. Guys you must order for their KADHI. I have never ever had such amazing silky Kashi in my entire life. So much so that we wanted to meet the chef however he was not available as we were dining late. Thank you Vijay for your amazing hospitality and your everlasting smile while you served us. Their Dal khiccdi with their super amazing thick masala chaas is a treat. I would also recommend their paneer lababdr which I had for lunch. Nice medium spice not heavy on spices and good to go for an amazing lunch. Over all amazing experience great food. Perfect place for a breakfast and amazing meal. A Must Go Place!!
Good food.... had their buffet @dinner. Can look for quality of food. I must say value for money , need to improve on dessert though. Recommended . Staff is well behaved
The hotel is doing its best to maintain a high level of sanitization and provides a safe environment as much as possible during current Covid times.The F&B staff is well trained and very service oriented. Their hospitality was amazing. They treated us very well. I guess this is the best hotel in town without any doubt. Thank you for this amazing experience. Ambience and quality of service proves that they are the best .
Good food service for train travelers...nice food and on time drlivery. i do not get 1 item in my order...so i notified on irctc and hotel has refunded the same amount to me. thank u for cooperation.
