Terrible waiting room etiquette and beyond tolerable waiting time! Made me wait for hours only to hear from the doctor (who didn't seem particularly empathetic about our situation and in turn accused me of not buying a 'express token' at a hefty 600/- lol) that the necessary test is not even available on the day to properly diagnose the problem or prescribe treatment. I wont be cut-throat with my review here but do call in or check with the receptionist (who is as cold as ice) before walking in with a more serious ENT ailment and spending ur precious time here.
