Amargarh Resort by Alura - Resort hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

This is one of the worst experience I ever had staying at this resort. I would not give even one star. They deserve ZERO. Never ever go with your family. Earlier they had given worst conditioned room while delivering junior suite room n then had to redo it whole again. Even at night after taking order at 9 pm, they kept waiting us to have our dinner by 10.10 pm while I writing this. Never ever suggest your guests to visit or stay this pathetic place -

It's a perfect place for Organized marriage ceremony. Rooms are very neat and clean. Plenty of Rooms, swimming pool, food is also very good. Parking place is also enough.

I had my group of 45 people at this Resort, from starting itself it's very unprofessional behavior of everyone in this Resort. My group stayed here for 2 nights. At the time of check-in, staff was not sure about the rooms availability. They took almost 25 min just to confirm the rooms. Where i booked this resort 4 months prior. Mr. Anglio was the first person whom i met while check-in, he was behaving like a kid. Then i met Mr. Kundan who is a GM in this resort, he was asking for remaining payment before giving the rooms. They didn't believe in service. They just want money. No hot water, no intercom in the rooms. Mr. Rahul Yadav a front office manager, was very irritating. He said hot water is dangerous for skin. There was no co ordination among them. GM was not at all capable to handle this resort. No one is skilled here. Staff was very dumb. Breakfast timing was 8 am & they didn't served anything till 8.45 am Restaurant was very unhygienic. GM himself cook the food as staff was not listening to him. Very worst hotel i had ever seen in my travel life.

It seems after staying in Amargarh Resort there are various negative comments I want to prefer not stay in this hotel if u want to spend time with your families for some rest and enjoyment. The location is far away from city specially for tourists. The room tarrif is also high and the breakfast or tea is not included in it including water bottle. As per Agoda booking condition they offer express check in facility which take nearly 1 hour as there rooms are not ready to allot the customer. TV is not working in the room. The food rates of restaurant is too much high, it's better to order food from Swiggy or Zomato. The Amargarh Resort specially booked by localised people for family function, it's worst experience to stay there due to irritating loud music sound which obviously you can't sleep in your room. The Manager is too rude and can't help for any defficulties you face while in stay. Not single pickup and drop from Airport or Railway station as they committ false commitment. Ola and uber avoid to pick up or drop from or to Amargarh Resort. My sincere request not to stay in that resort for wasting money. It is also recommendation to Agoda to immediately delisted the Amargarh Resort from Agoda website.

My recent experience at this resort was extremely disappointing. The issues encountered during my stay were unacceptable. The swimming pool had no water, which was a major letdown as I had planned to enjoy it. Additionally, discovering a stain in my room was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Moreover, the non-functional geyser and the AC not working in the restaurant made my stay even more uncomfortable. Miscommunication only added to the frustration, making it challenging to resolve these problems promptly. To make matters worse, despite confirming the pricing over a call, I was billed 40% more than the agreed-upon amount. This pricing discrepancy was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience. If you plan to visit, I would advise booking online to avoid potential issues. The management should take this feedback seriously and work on improving their services to provide a better experience for their guests in the future.

I booked junior suit with them which was one of the luxurious room they showed. But it was not worth at all Towels were already wet, i told them to change but they ignored. No tea, coffee, milk sachets were available in room. Even the floor was not clean. And the shower gels and moisturisers in bathroom were not fresh, used one were there.

We were here for two days. My observation is this place has a good potential to be an excellent place, but it is a mere average one. The toilet cisterns don't work, as they should. The water keeps running. The jets have water leaking. The service is annoyingly slow. I had to make 4 calls and wait for HOURS to get lukewarm water as the electric kettle in the room didn't work. Room have Broken furniture (broken cabinet and curtain rod in my room) And the AC works just fine. If you like your room temperature to be lower than 21, it will not help. It just manages to keep the room cooler than the outside temperature. Everything is just.... average. Anyway, if you just want a room to crash with bare minimum facilities and a huge garden area, this is good for you. Else, the pictures of the property is a facade to hide the other nonfunctional faculties.

Horrible experience. The rooms are extremely Unheiginic and the staff is just taking too much time to fulfil our requests for changing the dirty (used by former visitors) bedsheets. Bedsheets hve hair and spots and the cleaning staff reeks of alcohol. There are no towels in the bathroom. The shower gel in the bathroom is used by former stayer. Many other people we met here have the same problem..save your time and money and don't book this resort.
