Two days back I had consulted Dr.veena vishwam it's too uncomfortable and she is short tempered.its a bad experience for me .we expect more patience from her towards a client as a it is a private hospital ...

A simple, yet good eye Care center. We went there during the COVID times and all patients were seated outside. Each was given a token number and called as per their number. The system was well organised and all the staff had PPE kit on themselves.

Akin to chaos, reckless as a couth and unprofessional to seamless boundaries. What seems to further more ironical is that the management choose to stay mum despite not taking into consideration the reviews posted here. Struggles with managing queue, particularly takes you for a ride if you have to bring your kids for consultation. It took them close to half a hour to provide a drops despite reminding them the kid has started feeling hungry due to the wait time. Never going there anymore. Consultation rate is exuberant compared to other places. Doctor and staffs seemingly don't have patience to deal with kids.

Good infrastructure, ample parking space, may have good doctors also, but poor management of resources killing all those positives. It seems patient friendly training is not given to any staff. No one there gave a friendly approach. Visited there with a critical eye condition for my family and after registration which had a big fee, waited for review for more than an hour! As the eye condition worse and we were not in a condition to wait, informed about this to front desk and asked if any refund is possible(as we thought to consult somewhere else). While this was raised overheard the manager saying let they go and give back the payment. It is a hospital and if they don't know how to manage it with a better turn around time, then it will not help them to survive. Would suggest not to visit here in emergency as no emergency consultation arrangements are there. It seems the manager also has to give some behavioural training. When asked for the contact number of a senior Doctor who owns the hospital he refused to give it so using this review interface. Just went to the govt hospital nearby and got consultation with a senior doctor within 10 minutes.

Eye care centre with good infrastructure. Services provided are better. Good management.

I have more than 8 years of good experience with Amardeep eye care. My whole family depends on Dr Jayaprasad for eye related issues. He is a highly knowledgeable person and approachable too. Recently my mother had her cataract surgery done by Dr Jayaprasad. The whole process was so smooth, thanks to Mr Arun (PRO) and the friendly staffs in the reception. My mother is a lot better now. I will definitely recommend Dr JP and team to anybody who is looking for a genuine solution (without any high funda hypes) for their ophthalmic problems.

Great Experience! My 95 year old Grandmother recently had a successful Cataract surgery at Amardeep Eye Care Hospital. The surgery was performed by Dr Jayaprasad one of the leading Ophthalmologist in the state. It has been more than 6 months since the surgery and my Grandmother has absolutely no discomfort at all. All the procedures at the hospital were totally hassle free! Overall a Great Experience!
