Best Hospital in Tirupati. Doctors treats with care and affection. If valet parking is provided that would be better. Cooperative staff. I would recommend this Hospital for all types of treatment. I request the management to provide CHSS facility to Central Government employees (Serving & Retired) from Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India. Management may kindly look into.

I had my root canal done by Dr. Sunitha Madam and the whole process went extremely well. The doctor is very friendly and explains everything in detail. She patiently addresses the concerns and doubts. Overall a great experience and painless treatment. The duty nurses are also very helpful and work oriented.

I visited this hospital on November 11th due to a breathing issue and consulted Dr. Bhanu Pradeep sir. He examined me and suggested a surgery for a septoplasty, and he explained the surgery procedure, recovery period, and all other necessary information politely. I did it within a week gap. The surgery went really well, and I got hospitalized for 3 days, where I got really good treatment as well as food. The estimation was perfect, and the doctor really helped me a lot to recover quickly. Also, Pooja Sister, who is the assistant of Dr. Bhanu Pradeep sir, is doing exceptionally well in terms of taking care of the patient, attending everyone politely, and taking responsibility for my follow-up bookings and all other required procedures, which showed her customer-centric behaviour. I am really happy for the Bhanu Pradeep sir expertise and professionalism in treating the patient with the utmost care and smile. I would definitely recommend Dr Bhanu sir and Pooja sister services, thank you very much :)

I don't want to rate even 1 for this hospital. If you have lot of money want to wash your hands go fo this hospital. Life and death is god's grace. They had some show case that tests cost is less, but they loot in form of treatment which is not visible for us. If they feel that you have money, they will clean your pockets. Be careful with this commercial hospital.

Amara hospital billing is too high. They are putting high billing on icu patents though they are not using all the medicines. It's a common printing format given to all the patients. Nursing staff experience are very very poor. Students are treating the patients. They don't even know anything. Very very commercial hospital. I experienced personally. Pls think twice while going to the hospital. Poor experience

The bill included more number of unused gloves and syringes which are 30 in no. Please check the bill and pay while discharge they include more items to bill and increase money. Very worst staff. Time duration took nearly 2 hrs for this bill amount recovery.
