Pros - Good food and location! The staff is well behaved too. Cons - basic necessities like toothpaste, slippers were not available. The autolock of the door was broken. Sometimes casual behaviour of the staff. Rooms aren't great either.
Hotel is very big. Service and location is very good. Price of rooms is a high. Rooms can be a bit more spacious. Bathrooms were smelly of sewers.
This is my worst experience of stay in this hotel. We experienced stinking rooms, bathrooms locks are not working, latches are broken, even not repaired despite informed. They treated every one like they are giving rooms free to us. Food is good and the behaviour of ground staff was pleasant.
Rooms are good The overall experience was great, food was yummy The hotel is on the mall road. The hotel has its private parking and that's the plus pointThe view from the terrace of hotel was beautiful. Room was clean.all staff members are good specially front staff Chhaya she is wonderful and sweet . The price was little high comparing to other properties on mall road but it was worth it.
This is a very good hotel, I took the school students tour and stayed for 3 days, all students liked it very much, especially liked their food very much.staff is very cooperative.I will prefer to stay next time in this Hotel.
The place is haunted... I don't know the whole hotel is haunted but i damn sure the room b7 is haunted terrace 1st floor is haunted we feel some kind of negative energys in b7 and the receptionist was not shown us the cctv footage.. we saw three shadows from the windows of b7 someone knocked our rooms for 4-5 times but nobody is in corridors...
